The ruling made by the Supreme Court at the end of June this year directs that employers need to begin reporting the new IRS forms for 2015 at the beginning of 2016.  Concerns on who needs to do this reporting and what reporting an employer is supposed to complete to who and when is till confusing to most.  As of date the IRS has still not come out with confirmed regulation on how employers will complete the required reporting for employees.
