This course will go into depth of how to effectively manage a waiting list. HUD has very particular rules about waiting lists and we will cover the rules so that your property and managers will be in compliance with the regulations. The tenant selection plan helps to ensure that tenants are selected for occupancy in accordance with HUD requirements and established management policies. HUD requires that the plan specify a number of procedures and policies which will be discussed during the webinar. This is a daunting process when faced with the plethora of regulations.
