Training Description
Understanding fair housing laws is important to any property owner, manager, realtor or industry professional. Fair housing laws are sometimes confusing and violations do occur. We will go over the incidents that typically occur and develop the strategies which will prevent them happening to you.
We will cover the basic protected classes and cover topics such as reasonable accommodation, assistive animals, rights of disabled and how complaints are filed and what are the enforcement actions. We will review actual cases and see how they could have been prevented.
