Training Description
The Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) system is a web-based computer system that contains employment and income information of individuals who participate in HUD rental assistance programs. All Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) are required to use HUD’s EIV system.
We will cover topics such as:
- What information is in EIV and where does it come from?
- What are income reports?
- What are Summary reports?
- What is a verification report?
- How often these reports are ran?
- When is this report required?
- What do we do with this report?
There are numerous reports involved with EIV. We will learn which reports need to be utilized and how often they need to be processed. We will also learn how they are to be used and also what are the penalties for improper or failure to use. After attending this webinar you will develop an understanding of the required reports and when they must be used.
